Include the exact model and serial number, available type-plate photographs, machine application and service history. Explain what has changed, whether the pump still operates and the production impact.
Disclose any known substances or contamination associated with the process before attendance, removal or transport is arranged. A family name alone does not define the pump configuration or service requirements.
Agree a service, repair or overhaul scope
PMI reviews the identified pump and condition before agreeing planned work or a repair investigation. An overhaul discussion should establish the proposed work, available parts, responsibility and testing basis rather than assume an as-new result.
If manufacturer authorisation or preservation of a manufacturer warranty is a requirement, contact Busch before commissioning independent work. No manufacturer relationship is implied by PMI’s servicing experience.
