Information that helps us assess your request
Send the details you have; a clear nameplate or fault-screen photograph can be a useful starting point when an identifier is incomplete.
Machine faults and parts
For a fault, include the exact alarm, when it occurs and whether production is stopped. For parts, preserve the complete manufacturer number, suffixes and quantity. A similar label or connector is not confirmation of compatibility.
Planned machinery work
Maintenance enquiries need service history and a downtime window. Installation and moves need machine details, site access and, for relocation, both the origin and destination. Retrofit enquiries should explain the existing controls and intended improvement.
Vacuum pumps and CNC tooling
For vacuum pump servicing or overhaul, use the maintenance route and identify the pump, application, service history and any known contamination. Use breakdown for a stopped pump or fault. For CNC tools and workshop supplies, use parts and include the full item designation, quantity and material or process requirements.
Finance-company instructions
Identify the instructing organisation, asset location, authorised contact, required timing and inspection or reporting need. Do not send extensive finance case files through the initial form; the appropriate exchange can be arranged after review.
What happens next
The form reports whether your enquiry has been saved. A saved reference is not a confirmed booking, repair, quotation acceptance or stock reservation. PMI reviews the requirement before agreeing attendance, scope or supply.
An email notification is separate from saving the request. Follow any status or recovery message shown by the form, and use the confirmed contact options when available.
Keep attachments relevant
Include only material needed to understand the requirement. Do not submit account passwords, remote-access credentials or unnecessary personal or commercially sensitive documents.
