The Omega OM31976 HSK63F ER32 collet chuck is a 75 mm gauge-length tool holder for holding cutter shanks in compatible HSK63F CNC spindles. Its interchangeable ER32 collet system allows the holder to accommodate different tool-shank diameters by selecting the appropriate collet.

Application and selection
Select the ER32 collet to match the tool’s shank diameter, rather than its cutting diameter. The 2–20 mm range is covered by different collet sizes; it is not the clamping range of a single collet.
The 75 mm gauge length is measured from the spindle-contact face to the front of the nut, not across the holder’s overall length. Use this measurement and the 50 mm nut diameter when checking tool projection and clearance around the workpiece.
Confirm that your spindle specifies HSK63F before ordering. - Suitable for most industrial woodworking cnc machining centres including Homag, Biesse and SCM.
