Indexable End Mill for APKT 1003 Inserts

Renew your cutting edges without replacing the whole cutter. The Omega APKT 1003 indexable end mill range (OM13205–OM13208) combines replaceable inserts with a choice of 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm cutter diameters, giving your workshop a reusable tooling option for milling operations.

Expand your cutter choice—not your insert formats

All four cutters accept APKT 1003 inserts, so you can build a selection of cutter diameters around the same insert format. For workshops already using APKT 1003 tooling, this means adding another cutter size without introducing a different insert size to manage.

Select a compatible insert grade and geometry for your workpiece material and cutting conditions. When the inserts wear out, replace them while keeping the cutter body in service.

Choose the size for your setup

Each size has a specified 28 mm reach. Match the shank diameter to your toolholder and the cutter dimensions to your machining requirements; reach is not a maximum depth-of-cut rating.

Keep replacement parts straightforward

Replacement insert screws are identified for every size: OM14031 (CS-25055) for the 16 and 20 mm cutters, and OM14032 (CS-25065) for the 25 and 32 mm cutters. All four use the OM14274 (SDT8) Torx key.
