The Sistemi Klein T123 ER40 Precision Spring Collets provide accurate, reliable cutter clamping for CNC routers and machining centres fitted with ER40 toolholders.
Manufactured from spring steel and precision-ground internally and externally, the T123 range is designed for applications where tool concentricity, secure clamping and consistent machining performance are important.

Compatibility: Designed for ER40 toolholders conforming to the relevant DIN 6499/B and ISO 15488-B specifications, including compatible Sistemi Klein T118 HSK63F ER40 collet chucks.
Installation: Insert the spring collet into the clamping nut first, engaging it correctly before screwing the nut onto the toolholder. Fit the cutter shank and tighten using the appropriate spanner and toolholder tightening fixture.
Included: One T123 ER40 spring collet in the selected size. The collet chuck, clamping nut and tightening equipment are separate items.
