Independent systems experience

Independent Beckhoff and TwinCAT support

PMI's confirmed engineering experience includes Beckhoff and TwinCAT. Discuss an existing machine fault, an EtherCAT system issue or a component requirement with the equipment details needed to assess the next step.

Enquire about Beckhoff equipment
PMI is an independent engineering and sourcing business. No manufacturer agreement or authorised-distributor appointment is currently established.

Identify the system and the symptom

For support, send the machine make and model, controller identification, TwinCAT version if known and the exact error or behaviour. Explain whether the issue is new, intermittent or follows a component or software change.

For EtherCAT enquiries, include the relevant device identifiers and the point at which the fault is reported. A screen or nameplate photograph can help when documentation is limited.

Component sourcing with the application in view

Send the complete Beckhoff part number, quantity and any revision details shown on the equipment. We assess the sourcing enquiry and clarify application requirements before a replacement is proposed.

Availability, price and suitability require confirmation. A brand enquiry is not a statement that an item is in stock or that every device or software version can be supported.

Questions about your requirement

Is PMI an authorised Beckhoff partner?

PMI is independent. No Beckhoff manufacturer agreement or authorised appointment is currently established. Practical experience is distinct from manufacturer-authorised status.

What should I include with a TwinCAT enquiry?

Send the controller identity, TwinCAT version if known, exact reported error and a description of the machine behaviour. Explain any recent hardware or software changes. Do not include passwords or remote-access credentials.

Can I enquire without a configuration export?

Yes. Start with the machine and device identities and the symptoms. Further information may be needed before the support scope or a replacement can be confirmed.

Will a similar EtherCAT device replace the installed one?

Do not assume interchangeability from the interface or family name. Exact device identity, revision and installed configuration need checking.
