Device and signal information
Identify the coupler, terminal or other device you are asking about. Include the signal requirement and its position in the installed arrangement when known.
Controller and configuration
Provide the control software version and exact reported error where available. Device configuration and revisions need checking before a replacement is proposed.
Component supply or fault investigation
An I/O fault does not by itself identify a failed component. Tell us whether you want an identified part or help assessing the system behaviour so we can agree an appropriate next step.

Include quantity, required timing and the delivery location. Limited technical information is enough to begin a discussion; price, availability, condition and applicable terms are confirmed for the specific item.

Will any EtherCAT device replace the one installed?
Do not assume interchangeability from the interface name. The exact device, signal requirements and installed configuration need checking.
Can I enquire without a configuration export?
Yes. A clear device label and a description of the machine are useful starting points. Further information may be needed before scope or suitability can be confirmed.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Send the exact part number and application through the parts enquiry route. An enquiry lets us assess the requirement; it does not guarantee that a supply route or suitable replacement is available.
