Keep the manufacturer identity exactly as written, including punctuation, option suffixes and leading zeroes. PMI's merchant SKU, where present, is a separate identifier.

- Equipment identity at both ends of a cable
- Length and clear photographs of labels and connectors
Connections and purpose
Explain whether the item is used for power, feedback or control where known. A connector photograph cannot establish the electrical pin assignment by itself.
Routing and installation
Describe the required length, movement and environment. Any proposed alternative needs documented suitability for the actual installation.
Original item or assessed alternative
Let us know whether you need the original manufacturer item. If an alternative is considered, its electrical and mechanical requirements must be reviewed rather than inferred from appearance.

Send the exact part number and application through the parts enquiry route. An enquiry lets us assess the requirement; it does not guarantee that a supply route or suitable replacement is available.
