Keep the manufacturer identity exactly as written, including punctuation, option suffixes and leading zeroes. PMI's merchant SKU, where present, is a separate identifier.

Hardware requirements
Include the relevant supply, interfaces and panel installation details from the existing documentation. Photographs can help identify the equipment when paperwork is limited.
Software and configuration
Tell us whether a program or configuration backup is available. Do not send passwords or access credentials; any handling of machine files and software must be agreed separately.
Define what the replacement includes
Hardware supply, program transfer and commissioning are different parts of a job. Confirm the scope before ordering rather than assuming a replacement arrives configured for the machine.
Send a useful sourcing enquiry
Include quantity, required timing and the delivery location. Limited technical information is enough to begin a discussion; price, availability, condition and applicable terms are confirmed for the specific item.
Questions about your requirement
Does a replacement include my machine program?
Only when that work is expressly agreed and the program, permissions and required software are available. A hardware enquiry does not include a program-transfer promise.
Can a newer panel replace my existing HMI?
That requires assessment of the hardware, software and machine interfaces. A similar screen size is not enough to confirm a direct replacement.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Send the exact part number and application through the parts enquiry route. An enquiry lets us assess the requirement; it does not guarantee that a supply route or suitable replacement is available.

Send the full manufacturer part number or available specification, quantity and machine context. Identification, suitability and supply terms are assessed for the specific enquiry.
