Explain what the motor drives and how it operates. The required duty matters alongside the ratings shown on the equipment.
Installed integration
Include the known control interface and relevant installation documentation. Provide exact alarm text for a fault enquiry rather than assuming the drive needs replacement.
Supply and commissioning scope
A matching headline power rating is only part of selection. Suitability, supply terms and any configuration or commissioning work must be agreed before proceeding.

Can I choose a drive by motor power alone?
No. Electrical ratings, operating duty, control requirements and the installed application also need checking.
Is programming included with a supplied drive?
Only where explicitly included in the agreed scope. Explain whether you need hardware supply or assistance with the installed system.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Send the exact part number and application through the parts enquiry route. An enquiry lets us assess the requirement; it does not guarantee that a supply route or suitable replacement is available.
