Keep the manufacturer identity exactly as written, including punctuation, option suffixes and leading zeroes. PMI's merchant SKU, where present, is a separate identifier.

Drive and motor information
Include both nameplates where possible. Record the ratings as shown rather than reducing the requirement to a family name or headline power figure.
Mechanical and connection details
Provide any available shaft, flange and cable identification. A similar connector or matching power rating does not establish a suitable motor and drive combination.
Like-for-like sourcing or a replacement assessment
Tell us whether you need the original item or want to discuss changing the equipment. A change may involve configuration and other engineering work; component supply alone does not include that work unless agreed.

No. The complete drive, motor, feedback, interfaces and application need assessment before suitability can be confirmed.
Should I send the drive label or the motor label?
Send both if available, including suffixes and revision information. They help us understand the installed combination.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Send the exact part number and application through the parts enquiry route. An enquiry lets us assess the requirement; it does not guarantee that a supply route or suitable replacement is available.
